The first time was years ago, and Dan was the only one to properly diagnose the problem with our oven after several other authorized repair companies couldn't. The second time he was able to fix another tricky problem. He also went back to the manufacturer to urge them to cover the cost of parts that were out of warranty, but clearly faulty.
