I had an excellent experience with Oceanic Repair Services. From the initial call, they were attentive to my needs and made sure they understood the issue. Daniel and team took the time to explain the issue. Very professional, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. They completed the repair efficiently and quickly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Oceanic Appliance Repair and Reno Appliance for the repair of my Viking refrigerator, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I would highly recommend ORS to anyone. This was the second time we used them. The first time was years ago, and Dan was the only one to properly diagnose the problem with our oven after several other authorized repair companies couldn't. The second time he was able to fix another tricky problem. He also went back to the manufacturer to urge them to cover the cost of parts that were out of warranty, but clearly faulty. He is reliable, arrives when scheduled, is very friendly, and makes sure the everything is operating as it should.

Viking customer support services/customer relations guided me to Oceanic Repair to address my very serious problems with my high end oven. This company's technician was so knowledgeable and incredibly brilliant in his understanding of all the details and problems that have plagued this oven and us the consumer .
